Terms of Use

These terms explain how Caliber may be used, what you are responsible for, and how billing, connected apps, and AI features work.

Last Updated: June 16, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account, connecting a channel, or using the Caliber dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use Caliber for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

If you do not agree, please do not use Caliber.

2. What Caliber Does

Caliber is a sales automation platform. It helps your business receive messages from connected channels, answer customer questions with an AI assistant, qualify leads, store lead history, and book meetings through connected calendar tools.

You control the business information in your Knowledge Vault. Caliber uses that information to guide the assistant, but you are responsible for making sure your pricing, policies, services, and availability are accurate.

3. Your Account

  • Use a real business email and keep your login details secure.
  • Do not share access with anyone who should not see your leads, messages, documents, or connected account settings.
  • You are responsible for the content you upload and the channels you connect.
  • Tell us quickly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Plans & Billing

Caliber may offer free, trial, monthly, annual, or custom plans. Your available channels, knowledge bases, voice minutes, Google accounts, documents, and other features may depend on your plan or add-ons.

  • Paid plans and add-ons are charged according to the price shown at checkout or agreed in writing.
  • If a payment fails, expires, or is reversed, some paid features may pause until billing is resolved.
  • Plan limits are enforced automatically so the platform remains stable and fair for all customers.
  • Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed by Caliber support.

5. AI Assistant

Caliber uses AI to draft replies, summarize conversations, identify lead details, and suggest next steps. AI is powerful, but it can sometimes misunderstand a message or produce an answer that needs review.

Your responsibility

Test your assistant before going live, keep your Knowledge Vault updated, and review important conversations. You are responsible for offers, prices, promises, and business decisions made through your workspace.

6. Connected Apps

Caliber can connect to services such as Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, payment providers, and email services. These services are controlled by their own companies and terms. By connecting a third-party service, you authorize Caliber to access and process the connected account data only as needed to provide the features you enable in the dashboard.

  • You are responsible for having permission to connect each account.
  • You must follow the rules of each connected service.
  • If a provider changes its API, suspends an app, limits an account, or has downtime, Caliber features that depend on it may be affected.

7. Limits & Suspension

  • Do not use Caliber for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal services, misleading offers, or unsafe content.
  • Do not try to bypass plan limits, security checks, rate limits, or connected app rules.
  • We may suspend or restrict a workspace if it risks harm to customers, the platform, connected providers, or other users.
  • You may stop using Caliber at any time. You can contact support for account deletion or data requests.

8. Contact

For billing questions, plan limits, data requests, account issues, or legal questions about these terms, contact Caliber Support.
